Our Founder, Lucy Ndlovu was joined by accomplished individuals and Organisations to celebrate BlackTalent in Birmingham . She made it as a finalist in the Charitable, Voluntary and Social Change category .

The Black Talent Awards 2024 is a national award ceremony that seeks to to recognise organisations or teams in the public, private, not for profit and voluntary sectors that have demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and pushed the agenda forward within their organisation.

Lucy said: “It was such a fantastic event and I was really honoured to have made it that far! There were many worthy winners and I met many amazing people doing great things. I was blown away by the incredible talent in all sectors and areas in the UK.”
